The Perham Area Public Librarys
mission is to serve the educational, informational, recreational, and
cultural interests and needs of the community. It does this by
supplying the best possible material in a variety of subjects, formats
and reading levels. The library encourages the use of its facilities,
offers guidance and assistance to its users, and is readily accessible
to all. Through its association with the Viking Library System and
telecommunications networking, the Perham Area Public Library serves
as the communitys connecting link with the total library resources
