| Perham Housing & Redevelopment Authority (HRA) and City of Perham have identified a need for affordable housing and offer the following programs: |
Tax
Increment Financing Tax
Increment Financing (TIF) uses the increase from taxes from the
construction of homes to help with financing. Through the use of TIF, the
costs of special assessments for sewer, water, and street improvements are
covered for qualified buyers. The City of Perham currently has a tax
increment district for Westwind First Addition and Westwind Second
Addition.
You qualify for the program if you live or will live in a single family owner occupied home in Westwind First Addition or Westwind Second Addition and your household gross annual income does not exceed: |

Apartments Consists of 1 two bedroom apartment and 34
one bedroom apartments. Rent is approximately 30% of income (maximum of
